Where do you ship?

We have a strong logistics infrastructure that allows us to ship to multiple countries/regions. Most of the brands we collaborate with are niche design brands with a great reputation in China, so the majority of orders are shipped from China.

When will I receive my order?

We can usually process your order within 1-3 business days! Delivery times will vary depending on your location once your order is shipped.

We will do everything we can to deliver your package on time. However, delays may occur due to invalid addresses, customs issues, public holidays, peak seasons, or local carrier delays, so we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. We greatly appreciate your patience.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Will I be responsible for any customs or duty fees?

Shipments to the following countries should not require customs or duty fees:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Australia, New Zealand

Shipments to all other countries may be subject to duties and taxes. All import (customs) duties and/or taxes will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

If any, these charges must be paid by the customer before the package is released and delivered. Refunds will not be issued if customer refuses the package

Can I change or cancel my order?

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so if you need to make any changes, please email us immediately at service@trendpaws.com. If we can catch it in time, we’ll update your order! If we’re unable to make the changes in time, we offer a quick and easy exchange or return service.

My package shows delivered, but I didn't actually receive it - what should I do?

Please check the following:

  • Please make sure your order address is correct
  • Check with neighbours and family members(sometimes they will help pick it up)
  • Look around the place of delivery (mailbox)
  • Check for notice of attempted delivery

Returns & Refunds

How do I make a return or exchange?

To avoid cross-infection of pets, FurryBoffin does not support return or exchange (except for clothes quality problems).

As fellow pet lovers, we know that no one wants their pet to wear items previously worn by another. There’s always a risk of cross-infection when products are shared among pets. To keep our furry friends safe, we hope for your understanding on this policy.

When selecting items, please double-check the sizing to ensure a perfect fit for your pet. If you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help! Just send us your pet’s measurements, and we’ll guide you to the best size.

If this is your first time buying clothes for your pet and you’ve purchased the wrong size, please contact us at service@trendpaws.com. We’ll be happy to provide an alternative solution for you.

Can I Return an Item if It’s Been Worn, Damaged, or the Label Has Been Removed?
  1. Only items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have their original packaging, tags, and sanitary labels intact are eligible for returns.

  2. The following conditions make items ineligible for return or exchange:

    • Items that have been tried on
    • Accidental damage
    • Improper care
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Color and material fading due to sunlight exposure
    • After-sale modifications
    • Items that have been in contact with water
  3. Products marked as non-returnable and free gifts are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Notice: Please double-check that your return package contains only TrendPaws items. We cannot be held responsible for returning non-TrendPaws items sent by mistake.

If there is a quality issue with the product, how can I return it?

If you find any quality issues with the product, please contact us at service@trendpaws.com. We will guide you through the return process and ensure a satisfactory solution for you.

  1. Email service@trendpaws.com within 14 days of the initial delivery date.
  2. You will need to return your items at your own expense.
  3. All returned items must be in brand-new condition and subject to inspection.
  4. Once we receive your items, we will issue a refund or store credit.
How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from date of delivery to return an item for an exchange or refund.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Returns are processed 2 to 3 business days after we have received your returned item.

Your refund will be processed 2-3 business days after your return item has been delivered to our warehouse. The refund will be issued to your original from of payment.

Can I return a "Final Sale" item?

Items on "Final Sale" are offered at greatly reduced prices so you can enjoy substantial savings. These items are in turn non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Before buying a "Final Sale" item, please double-check sizing.

TrendPaws is dedicated to creating a one-stop, multi-brand authorized pet clothing store for fashionable pet owners, allowing you to mix and match to build a personalized wardrobe for your pet. Most of the brands we collaborate with are highly regarded boutique brands from China, known for their unique style and individuality, while also ensuring comfort and safety in the materials used. We carefully select partners who share our values in product quality, safety, and fair wages.

How can I find more information about a product?
  1. Individual product pages have lots of useful information including photos, features, care instructions, and size guides. In addition, you can also find the care instructions on the item(s) themselves. If you are unable to find it, please feel free to contact us.

How to Select the Perfect Outfit for My Furry Friends?

Measure your pet’s neck, chest, and back length, then refer to the product's size chart to ensure a comfortable and well-fitted outfit that’s neither too tight nor too loose.

(tip: Chest size is especially important!)

How to Measure for a More Stylish and Comfortable Fit?
  • Neck Measurement:
    Use a soft tape measure to wrap around the widest part of your pet’s neck (typically the base of the neck).
    Keep the tape slightly loose, allowing room for one finger, to ensure the clothing won’t feel tight on your pet.
  • Chest Measurement:
    The chest is the most crucial measurement, as it ensures the clothing doesn’t restrict movement.
    Place the tape measure behind the front legs, around the widest part of the chest, and over the back.
    Again, leave a bit of space—about two fingers’ width—for comfort.
  • Back Length Measurement:
    Start from the base of the neck (around the shoulder blades) and measure to the base of the tail.
    Ensure your pet is standing naturally without arching its back or lying down for an accurate length.
  • Tips for Best Results
    Measurement Environment: Measure when your pet is relaxed, such as after a walk.
    Record Multiple Measurements: Since pets may move, take two measurements and use the average for accuracy.
    Adjust for Style: For snug fits, consider a slightly tighter measurement; for loose styles, add a bit more room.
What do I do if my pet is in between sizes?

If you are in between sizes, go with the larger size. We also recommend prioritizing the chest measurement over the neck and back measurements.

I bought a size and it’s too small/big - what should I do?
