Return Policy
Under what circumstances can I return or exchange a product?
To avoid cross-infection of pets, TrendPaws does not support refund or exchange (except for clothes quality problems).
As fellow pet lovers, we know that no one wants their pet to wear items previously worn by another. There’s always a risk of cross-infection when products are shared among pets. To keep our furry friends safe, we hope for your understanding on this policy.
When selecting items, please double-check the sizing to ensure a perfect fit for your pet. If you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help! Just send us your pet’s measurements, and we’ll guide you to the best size.
How do I make a Return?
- Log in to your TrendPaws account.
- Take clear photos showing the product quality issue.
- Contact our customer service at service@trendpaws.com with your order number and photos to initiate a return or refund.
- Arrange a collection with your local post office or drop off your package at the nearest location.
Note: Please note that the return address is different from the shipping address. Make sure to fill in the correct return address details when processing your return.

Can I Return an Item if It’s Been Worn, Damaged, or the Label Has Been Removed?
Only items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have their original packaging, tags, and sanitary labels intact are eligible for returns.
The following conditions make items ineligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been tried on
- Accidental damage
- Improper care
- Normal wear and tear
- Color and material fading due to sunlight exposure
- After-sale modifications
- Items that have been in contact with water
Products marked as non-returnable and free gifts are also not eligible for return or exchange.
Important Notice: Please double-check that your return package contains only TrendPaws items. We cannot be held responsible for returning non-TrendPaws items sent by mistake.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account.
Please note that the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to a quality issue on our end, we will cover the original shipping cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
NOTE: If you experience any issues with your return, please contact us at service@trendpaws.com within 180 calendar days of your original order date.
Canceling an Order
If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, please contact us and refuse delivery upon arrival. We will process a refund after deducting the shipping cost, once the package begins its return journey.
Canceling Unshipped Orders
If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us at service@trendpaws.com. For a faster resolution, kindly include your order number. Thank you!
